Kyle grew up an athlete all of his life. From his early years of high school playing baseball,
football, and basketball to intramural sports at Wartburg College he has always had athleticism woven into his DNA. At Wartburg Kyle got his BA in communications where he carried his skills to Meredith Corporation, located in downtown Des Moines, where he works as an email content coordinator!
Kyle used to be a member at Krave Gym before he had to move for his job. After he moved back to town earlier this year he couldn’t wait to be back and part of Team Krave again. Kyle originally joined Krave to help break the mold, and challenge himself to push past his limits that he previously struggled with when working out alone. Kyle explained that this problem was tackled immediately through the team atmosphere and energy that is provided by working alongside his teammates, fueling his workouts better than ever before.
We love having Kyle on the team & are excited to watch his progress through hard work and efforts in the gym!
