8 years ago we opened up Krave and every year we feel more and more grateful and blessed than the year before! We are beyond thankful for everyone that has supported us and joined us on this journey and can’t wait to see where year 9 takes us !
Our Power Partner this season is the Salvation Army and our athletes have gone ABOVE and BEYOND for our Angel Tree this year! The gifts are overflowing and Christmas morning is going to look so much brighter for families! THANK YOU!

All sports had a team feel. You find some teammates that are in your wedding and in your life forever. But when you are done with sports where do you find that TEAM. Krave Gym is the answer. So if you are sitting at a job you hate reading this blog from a cubical that feels more like a prison and are looking for the answer to your “NEED for TEAM” and a change in your life Krave is that answer. It’s been the answer for Amber and myself.
If you haven’t heard, the ARL is currently dealing with the most catastrophic and tragic cat hoarding case in history. In a house in Madrid, Iowa, as of June 10th, 2019, they have rescued over 176 living cats (79 on the first day and 97 since) and 194 deceased cats, totaling 370 cats. So the ARL needed our help making room for the bunnies so that they could make more room for the cats.
On Saturday, March 2nd, 2019, the first-ever Special Olympics Iowa and Krave Gym “Train Together” event was held at Krave Gym West Des Moines. This event rose out of our partnership with Special Olympics Iowa for our Conditioned 2 Conquer season here at Krave Gym, and is the third and final event we will have participated in this season.
