As an athlete, MITT training not only requires you to get more precise at punching smaller targets, but if done correctly, it will also you improve your mobility, rhythm, timing, technique, speed, muscle endurance …
So ask yourself, and I mean actually ask yourself; Am I prepared to defend myself? Would I know how to survive in a life-threatening situation? If I was threatened by another person, would I know how to react? If you answered no to any of these questions, and would like some guidance on self-defense.
On this week’s episode of Coaches Breakdown, we will be breaking down the Overhead Lunge. This is one of our more complex exercises this season, and requires some preparation and focus to execute successfully.

You know what the best athletes in the world do? They fall in love with competing, for the sake of competing. They fall in love with competition itself. And that is precisely what these season championships are all about. Providing athletes with the opportunity to compete athletically.
I am going to have a pretty hard time getting mad at anyone for their choices here. Honestly this is the best group of options we’ve probably ever had; candy bars are all awesome. This seemed to have been the consensus of those who talked to us as well. Almost like no matter what everyone likes all candy, which I’m sure would have prevailed in any other foodie that we’ve had before. OH WAIT. We DID have candy as an option in another foodie and you all DIDN’T choose it. You chose potatoes.
All sports had a team feel. You find some teammates that are in your wedding and in your life forever. But when you are done with sports where do you find that TEAM. Krave Gym is the answer. So if you are sitting at a job you hate reading this blog from a cubical that feels more like a prison and are looking for the answer to your “NEED for TEAM” and a change in your life Krave is that answer. It’s been the answer for Amber and myself.
