Krave Gym – Training Safe During Covid

Our Programing is Built to Adapt. Just Like Our Athletes.

The health and safety of our coaches & athletes has and will always be top priority. Since opening the gym 5 years ago, we have had protocol set in place to make sure our athlete’s get the safest, best training possible! A few adjustments have been put into place due to COVID, but as athletes, we are able to ADAPT and come out stronger than before. Check out our list of current safety protocols.

Small Group Performance Training

Our Programming was already built around smaller groups to help focus on individualized training.

Increased Sanitation Efforts

We’re not only requiring our staff to clean and sanitize regularly, we’re holding our athletes accountable as well. Our community is in this together just like any team.

Extended Schedule - Sanitizing Before and After

Timing our training sessions to allow for more cleaning and sanitation before, during, and after each session.

Lane Training Social Distancing

Programming built to maximize individual focus in a small group while staying 6 feet apart with our lane training.

Masks on During Training

Athletes are encouraged to wear masks during our small group training sessions but they are not required. Staff are required to wear masks at all times.

Wellness Checks

Our coaches are performing daily wellness checks prior to their shift. We’re requiring our athletes to do the same prior to booking.
